Social media is the new trend and is a great source of getting new and loyal customers. However before creating social media for your company you must first prepare. First, assign the responsibility to people on maintain the social media. For example letting on person upload content and someone will have to manage the issues that may come up.  Calculate how much time this will take away from the person’s day to update the social media. Before creating the social media sites, due to the many new future customers you have to improve and increase your customer support. This is important since social media brings many customers to your company and this in turn will also require more customer support. This also causes you to make sure all your products are perfect. You should know the issues that may occur with your product. Fix these issues before you enter social media, people would change their opinion on your company just because you entered in the social media. The company must fix their own issues before the new flow of customers come in. In the meantime of fixing the issues in your company, there is a need for new content that revolves around these common issues. This content should provide the customer with why this is happening and how the company is trying to resolve this problem. When entering social media, you have to be ready to respond to your customers quickly to satisfy their needs. Build a relationship with your customers and let them know you care about them.  After hearing complaints from customers be prepared to act and fix the issues at hand.
